Marc Navarre- President and Chief Executive Officer
Marc joined Focus Products Group International in December 2013. Prior to joining Focus Products International, Marc has held President and CEO roles with multiple consumer products organizations, including Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, Cookware and Home Textiles businesses for leading companies around the world. Marc has a track record of successfully growing companies profitably, as well as leading and successfully integrating acquisitions.
David Kreilein- Chief Financial Officer
David Kreilein is a Managing Director of Centre Lane Partners and has over 30 years of operations experience, having served as CEO, CFO and COO of several middle-market businesses. Prior to joining Centre Lane, David was an Operating Partner with a mid-market private equity firm. Earlier in his career, he served as an Operational Vice President of Sun Capital Partners, and prior to Sun Capital, David served as a CFO and COO of several middle-market businesses. David Kreilein started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co, and holds a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Accounting from Indiana University. David is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Bill Bucklew- Chief Operating Officer
Bill Bucklew joined Focus in December 2011 as Vice President of Innovation and has had successive roles as the Executive Vice President of Innovation and Global Supply and in 2014 COO. Prior to joining Focus, Bill held leadership roles managing both large and medium size organizations spanning multiple industries, including CPG, Automotive, and Industrial segments. Bill has demonstrated success in defining the strategic vision of middle-market organizations, with a particular focus on organic growth through innovation and new product development, bottom line improvement driving supply chain and operational efficiencies, and facilitating acquisitive growth through comprehensive leadership of acquisition integrations.
Steve Caggiano- SVP Sales
Steve Caggiano joined Focus Products Group in September 2015. Steve is a passionate, highly motivated professional with over 25 years of leadership experience, garnered from a unique combination of roles in sales management, strategic sales planning, sales operations and supply chain. He has held various roles with leading consumer goods companies, including Unilever, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson and Keurig Green Mountain; enhanced by a unique array of management roles; from retail sales to category management for Filene’s. In every career arena, Steve has delivered significant business results, driving iconic brands into multiple categories and channels. He also brings extensive experience and a proven success record in building sales teams, influencing business processes, executing go-to-market strategies and maximizing new product launches. He has often been called upon to champion corporate initiatives that maximize financial profitability, process efficiencies and total business optimization. Steve’s tenacity to deliver results, devotion to develop people and unparalleled customer-centricity position him to be a driving force within the Focus Products Group leadership team.
Melissa Palmer- SVP Marketing
Melissa offers 20+ years of career experience with proven expertise in Sales, Strategy, Marketing, Branding and Brand Building; hallmarks of her positions with leading companies such as All-Clad Metalcrafters, Pottery Barn, and Restoration Hardware. As her career has advanced, Melissa has developed focused experience and a passionate interest for the culinary and housewares industry. She has an exceptional aptitude for building and empowering teams, as well as championing or re-positioning a brand by extending its reach into new product and marketing categories. She is an expert at leveraging the most effective traditional and non-traditional marketing channels to bring a brand to its full potential. She delivers successful events/trade marketing that drives brands forward. These assets, along with her limitless enthusiasm, combine to create a visionary leader and positions Melissa Palmer as an executive capable of leading great teams and brands to uncharted heights.
Jack Kurilla- SVP Sales, Surefit
Jack joined Sure Fit in April 2014. Prior to joining Sure Fit, Jack has held VP of Sales roles with a number of consumer products organizations, including Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, Tabletop, Cookware, Cutlery, and Home Textiles businesses for leading companies in the United States. Jack has a track record of generating breakthrough results and building highly productive sales teams.
Danielle Cowden- VP Product Management
Danielle joined Focus Products Group in April 2014 as the Vice President of Product Development. Prior to joining Focus, Danielle held product management and marketing roles with Kohls, American Textile Company, and All Clad. Danielle is a talented, driven marketing professional with a record of accomplishment in planning and implementing various product management activities in support of business goals and objectives. Danielle brings a wealth of value to the organization with her experience working with both high-end and mass retailers at all levels to sell products and ensure all marketing programs are carried out successfully.
Sandra Kemp- SVP, Hospitality
Sandra Kemp joined Focus in October 2004 as Director of Sales Operations leading supply chain operations, sales analysis, and customer service teams for both the bath retail and hospitality markets. She eventually served as Vice President of Commercial Operations for the hospitality and foodservice businesses with a track record of strategic planning, inventory management, and process improvement. Sandra has played a key role in new business acquisitions for the past ten years, successfully integrating six unique companies into Focus Products during that time. She has led a number of corporate projects on operational efficiency and educates others on implementing financial performance through data integrity, analysis, and business reporting. Sandra currently leads the Hospitality division, successfully driving sales and delivering business initiatives.
Traci Rennaker- VP Lloyd Operations
Traci is a highly-motivated, creative, and versatile leader who brings more than 25 years of supervisory and executive experience in all aspects of both retail and commercial manufacturing environments. Her background of expertise in both Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001:2008 certification has allowed her to develop effective project management and strategic planning skills to drive annual sales increases, reduce waste, improve business and manufacturing processes, and, most importantly, provide for the highest level of service to each and every customer. As a committed leader with superior interpersonal skills, Traci has been very successful in aligning customer needs with corporate goals throughout her career, as well as both growing and leading companies to a substantially profitable status.
