Marc Navarre – President and Chief Executive Officer

Marc joined Focus Products Group International in December 2013. Prior to joining Focus Products International, Marc has held President and CEO roles with multiple consumer products organizations, including Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, Cookware and Home Textiles businesses for leading companies around the world. Marc has a track record of successfully growing companies profitably as well as leading and successfully integrating acquisitions.

Chet Kempinski - Chief Operating Officer

Chet Kempinski joined Focus in 2014 as the Chief Operating Officer for the organization.  Chet is responsible for Logistics, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Buying, IT, Distribution, Commercial Sales Operations and Customer Service.  Chet has over 26 years of related operational experience including consultant roles with firms such as Deloitte CRG, George Group and Andersen Consulting, as well as, leadership roles in which he drove operational efficiency and growth with General Electric Transportation Systems and a regional restaurant chain.  Chet is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering - Operations Research from Princeton University.  Chet’s extensive leadership experiences ranging from shop floor to executive c-suite roles and strengths in change management, continuous improvement and streamlined operations will be an asset to the company.


Jim Murauskis - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jim Murauskis joined Focus in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer where he has responsibility for the Finance, Legal and Human Resources functions. Jim has over 20 years of experience in financial management. Most recently, Jim was CFO of The RoomPlace (Harlem Furniture) where he led all financial areas for this private equity backed retail business. Prior to The RoomPlace, Jim held various financial roles at companies such as Kraft Foods, Metz Baking Company (division of Specialty Foods), Sears, Roebuck and Co, Laidlaw International and ConAgra Foods. Additionally, Jim earned his CPA while at KPMG Peat Marwick. Jim brings to Focus leadership in the areas of strategic/financial planning and analysis, accounting and cash flow management.

J. Chris Baron - President, Commercial Division

J. Chris Baron joined Focus Products Group International, LLC in January, 2012 as President of the Foodservice Division. He brings many years of experience as a top-performing sales and operations executive in the foodservice sector plus expertise in international sales and marketing to establish Focus Products Group International as a leader in the category. Most recently, Chris served as Area Vice President at Manitowoc Foodservice, and prior to that position, he enjoyed nearly thirty years of success at ITW/HOBART Corporation, advancing to the position of Vice President and General Manager. Chris is pleased to be a part of the ongoing effort to build Focus Products Group International into an exceptional organization while he helps establish the company’s Foodservice Division as a major player in the industry.

William "Bill" Bucklew - Executive Vice President, Innovation and Global Supply

Bill Bucklew joined Focus in December 2011 as Vice President of Innovation to lead all product development functions across the organization, including engineering and industrial design. Prior to Focus, Bill served as Vice President of Engineering for Tegrant Corporation- Protexic Brands, spearheading the product development team. Other previous employers include Acco Brands and GE, where he managed multiple areas of innovation and product development. With his extensive education which includes the completion of the Harvard Business School Leading Product Innovation Executive Program, degree in mechanical engineering and MBA in finance along with the broad experience developed over the course of his career, Bill will be an essential asset in driving the new product development of Focus towards distinction and excellence.

Pam McMeen – Senior Vice President, Marketing

Pam McMeen joined Focus in January of 2013 as Vice President of Product Management and became Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Retail Division later that year.  Pam has 20 years of experience in marketing, product development, and P&L management. Prior to Focus, Pam served as Vice President of Brand Marketing at World Kitchen where she worked on strong brands including Pyrex, Corningware, and Chicago Cutlery.  Prior to World Kitchen, Pam held leadership roles at other companies including ACCO Brands, Sunbeam Corporation, and Kraft Foods.  Pam’s history of driving profitable growth and experience in strategic planning, brand positioning and new product development are an asset to the business.  She looks forward to growing the Focus brand portfolio.

Scott Spielmann – Senior Vice President of Sales, Retail Division

Scott Spielmann is the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Retail division.  Scott joined Focus in late 2011 as Vice President of National Accounts.  He has more than 25 years of consumer product sales and sales management experience.  Prior to joining Focus, Scott was Director of Sales at Jarden Consumer Solutions and Vice President, National Accounts at Spectrum Brands.  Scott brings a solution oriented approach and strategic direction to Focus featuring a collaborative customer approach to form strong partnerships.  Scott is excited to be a part of this organization with great people and great brands, and looks forward to continuing to help Focus bring world class service and innovative products to all of our retail customers.

Matthew Vigano – Senior Vice President of Sure Fit Retail

Matthew Vigano joined Sure Fit, Inc. in 2007 as VP of Sales and became SVP of Retail in 2013, where he has responsibility for Sales, Sourcing, Product Development and Quality Control functions for the division. A home furnishing industry veteran, Matt has over 20 years of experience in various sales, retail buying and product development roles. Prior to Sure Fit, Matt held key positions and honed his skills at some of the most respected players within the industry: WestPoint Home, American Pacific Enterprises, Pillowtex/Fieldcrest-Cannon, Linens ‘N Things and May Department Stores Co. Matt brings leadership and vision to the Focus team and looks forward to further enhancing the market positioning of the Sure Fit division.
